"I was Mimi Back up emergency, fill in or vacation time caregiver replacement. I would also come to help out if I could when she had a mixture of age groups. But I also own a home child care. We had very different styles but we both had one thing in common.
We both LOVED children. The things I noticed the most was she was very hands-on, the children were very mannerable and respected her. There was lots of artwork from the children which let me know she stayed engaged with them creatively. If I had no openings I would definitely recommend her. LOL"
